Conflict is a part of life, and it’s bound to arise in a CA setting where lots of people come together with different needs and interests. Conflict can be difficult and emotionally draining, but it’s also an opportunity to learn and grow. In this course we’ll discuss simple and effective tools for managing conflict, and how to apply them to specific scenarios that come up in a CA setting. Clinic owners Nora Madden of Detroit Community Acupuncture and Alexa Hulsey of East Nashville Community Acupuncture will share plenty of examples of how they haven’t handled conflict well in the past, and how some basic skills could have made life easier for everyone.
